Complaint against DCW chief for misusing position

New Delhi, Aug 6 (UNI) Former Delhi Chief Secretary Omesh Saigal today lodged a complaint with Anti-Corruption Branch against Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal for allegedly "misusing her official position”.
Earlier, a letter was written by Mr Saigal to Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung alleging that the official position was used by Ms Maliwal as she issued a show cause notice to a private club of which he is a member.
A woman member of the club earlier in July had alleged that Mr Saigal harassed her frequently by bumping into her while swimming in the pool of the club. She had also alleged that she and her husband were suspended from the club after her police complaint against Mr Saigal.
