Golden Galleon
A delightful blend of passion fruit and brandy
Ingredients
180 ml brandy
60 ml Pernod
640 ml passion fruit juice
120 g ice cubes
Method
Combine all the ingredients, except the ice, in a cocktail shaker.
Divide ice cubes into four Pilsner glasses.
Pour the mixture into the glasses, and serve chilled.
Pink lemonade
A delicious tangy cocktail that’s also easy on the eyes
Ingredients
35 ml vodka
2½ tbsp Chambord or raspberry liqueur
juice of 1½ lemons
1½ tbsp sugar syrup
2 fistsful of ice cubes
270 ml soda
Method
Mix the vodka, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice in a jug.
Add the sugar syrup, and top up with ice and soda.
Serve chilled.
Melon driver
A refreshing melon-based drink to lift your spirits
Ingredients
240 ml vodka
240 ml fresh orange juice
240 ml fresh musk melon, cubed and blended until smooth
30 ml rose water
a few mint leaves
4 orange slices, for garnishing
Method
Put all ingredients, except orange slices, in a cocktail shaker and blend well.
Pour into martini glasses and serve chilled, garnished with orange slices.
