Baahubali 2: Wondering why Kattappa killed Baahubali? Watch the secret unfold in April 2017!

The second part of the film was rumoured to hit the silver screens by April 18, 2017, but now filmmaker Karan Johar has confirmed the release date of Baahubali: The Conclusion as April 28, 2017.

The makers of Baahubali aka Baahubali: The Beginning left the viewers hanging with a thought when the loyal Kattappa confessed to killing his most loved king. Since then everyone is looking for the answer as to why Kattappa must have taken such a drastic step. The curiosity of fans could be seen on social media that was flooded with memes and jokes on ‘Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?’ Although these trolls entertained us the most demanded answers remains unanswered till now. We all know that the producers of Baahubali are making a sequel of the film, which will unfold all the dark secrets behind Baahubali’s death. The second part of the film was rumoured to hit the silver screens by April 18, 2017, but now filmmaker Karan Johar has confirmed the release date of Baahubali 2 – titled Baahubali: The Conclusion – as being April 28, 2017.

KJo had distributed the first movie Baahubali‘s Hindi version under his production house Dharma Productions and is associated with the sequel as well. Dharma Productions and AA films had jointly made a formal announcement that they would be distributing Hindi version of Baahubali 2 as well. Directed by SS Rajamouli, Baahubali: The Conclusion stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty, who where a part of the first film too. Larnell Stovall, who was a part of The Hunger Games series and Salman Khan’s Sultan will be seen in  Baahubali 2 as well.

It would be interesting to watch how the stry behind Mahishmati Kingdom’s fallout unfolds. Will the viewers get answers for all the questions? Well, we will have to wait till April 28, 2017 to find out.
