Manali, August 4

Governor Acharya Devvrat was accorded a warm welcome at the SASE helipad by the district administration here today.

The Governor also visited the 13,050 feet high Rohtang Pass and admired the beauty of the Valley. He spent some time at the Rahni Nullah and Beas Rishi, the source of the Beas, and interacted with tourists and local residents. Lady Governor Darshana Devi also accompanied the Governor.

The Governor urged them to preserve the natural beauty, take extra precautions not to litter around and spoil the environment. He visited the Marhi mini hydel project.
