USAC releases their Quarterly Report

On August 3, 2016 the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the fourth quarter of 2016. The Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) estimate that they will have $200 million carryover for FY 2017.

The report also highlighted Form 471 applications still under PIA review as of June 30, 2016:

  • FY 2002: Two potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2003: Two potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2005: Two potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2006: One potential fundable Form 471
  • FY 2007: One potential fundable Form 471
  • FY 2008: Six potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2009: Three potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2010: Two potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2011: Eight potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2012: Thirty-three potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2013: One Hundred and Eighty-eight potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2014: Two Hundred and Twenty-three potential fundable Form 471s
  • FY 2014: Four Hundred and Thirty-four potential fundable Form 471s
