Two men appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday charged with unlawful possession of illicit drug.
Krishiv Chand, 31, and Abdul Mohammed Shameem, 47, were alleged to have been in possession of 1.7 grams of methamphetamine on July 30.
Magistrate Waleen George granted them bail in the sum of $200.
Chand was represented by Deepak Chand of Prena Pritika Lawyers while Shameem was told to seek Legal Aid.
The court has been adjourned to September 20 for a plea to be taken.
