Experience : 3 yrs to 8 years of recruitment experience along with Team Handling experience.
Location : Hyderabad.
CTC : As per industry standards.
Team Lead position:
Hands on experience in end to end recruitment with Team handling experience.
Sourcing/ Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
Have worked on different job portals like naukri, monster, timejobs, free job sites etc.
Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the clients site.
Capacity to handle a team and continuously keep the team motivated to achieve the team target.
Aligning specific task to every team member and monitor the team on a regular basis.
Provide training to team member as and when required.
Responsible for Account management and also generating new business for the company.
Ensuring achievement of team target and revenue generation.
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Expert in Social Media recruitment.
Ensure the joining of the selected candidates.
