“I don’t really want to be judgemental but I’ve seen a lot of mothers out there who are not really making full use of their babies,” she says.

Forced to take action, Emma made a video to give mothers five easy tips on how to put babies to good use.

“If you’re on a phone call... and you want to end it fairly fast... just hand the phone to your baby and with all that babble talk, the person on the other end will want to hang up fairly sharply.”

Tip number three she says, is if you suspect that any food in your house is gone off, just hand it to your toddler.

“They will literally eat anything, it’s so handy, they’re so good for that.”

Any bills you want to forget? Again, toddlers' talents know no bounds.

“They’ll destroy it within minutes, you’ll never see it again.”
