Sooraj Barjatya's presence on the sets of Ek Rishta Sajhedari Ka shuts down rumours of rife between Kavita and him

Recently, there were reports about a fallout between Sooraj Barjatya and his cousin Kavita, who has branched out on her own as a producer. Earlier, she was producing TV shows under Rajshri Productions, but now she has launched her own banner Kavita Barjatya Productions. They were said to have some creative differences due to which they split. However, a source says during the first schedule of her show Ek Rishta Sajhedaari Ka, when the unit shifted from Jaisalmer to Mumbai’s Filmcity, Sooraj and his father Raj Kumar Barjatya visited the set on the first day here. “They spent the entire day on the sets with Kavita. Sooraj also interacted with the cast, shared his experiences and wished Kavita luck for the upcoming project,” says the source. The show is also like a Rajshri blockbuster with family relations forming the core. A young couple played by Kinshuk Vaidya and Shivya Pathania get married and try to mend relationships between two families after a huge incident. The show also stars Waseem Mushtaq, Surbhi Tiwari, Sunayna Fozdar and Mamta Verma. It talks about two clans, the Agarwals and Dalmiyas. Recently, the show was launched with great fanfare. The entire media fraternity was treated to proper Rajasthani food with the cast serving them with the concept of Atithi Devo Bhava. The gala event was loved by all. The show goes on air from August 8 on Sony TV. It is replacing Suryaputra Karna.
