Hyderabad: A 35-year-old housewife from Kukatpally has filed a complaint alleging gang rape by two of her husband’s friends. The incident allegedly took place on Thursday.
Police said the complainant, a resident of Prameela Residency, was living with her husband and two children. The woman’s husband, a watchman, went to his village on Thursday. Finding the woman was alone, her husband’s friends allegedly came to her house and raped her.
The woman alleged that her husband’s friends Ahmad, 35, and Rajaiah came to her house and raped her.
After her husband came home, she told him about the assault. On Saturday the couple lodged a complaint.
Kukatpally police said that a case has been registered under IPC and a probe has been launched.
