Student’s fatal mishap due to bad roads: Kin

KALYAN: A day after college student Prajakta Fulore (16), died after being hit by a dumper, her family has said the accident was due to potholes. Shubham Salunkhe, a relative said, “We have learned that Prajakta lost control of her scooter due to a pothole and fell on road, due to which she was run over by a dumper which was reversing in full speed.” The dumper’s driver was arrested.Salunkhe said the Kalyan-Haji Malang Road, which is under the KDMC, has several potholes.
