New Delhi: In the latest, around 15 banks (public and private) are preparing to come up with the unified payments interface (UPI) starting July 31.
Once it happens, customers can carry out online transactions using mobile apps. UPI system allows to make e-payment which can be authenticated using mobile phones.
UPI allows you to pay directly from your bank account to different merchants without the hassle of typing your card details, or internet-banking/wallet password.
