Manchester City have reportedly agreed a €32m deal to sign Real Madrid and Barcelona target Gabriel Jesus.
Gabriel Jesus confirmed on Friday that he was close to leaving Palmeiras, and Globoesporte has since reported that City have won the race to land the teenage forward.
Of the €32m City will reportedly pay out, €20m will go to the Brazilian’s current club, with the other €12m distributed to agents.
The 19-year-old will also see out the year at Palmeiras, who top the Campeonato Brasileiro after 16 rounds, before joining up with Pep Guardiola’s side next January.
Barca and Manchester United are said to have offered Gabriel Jesus more money, while Madrid were keen to sign the player in light of their upcoming transfer ban, but the Olympian believes City offer him the best chance of progression in his career.
