A name that easily comes to our mind when talking about fashion and style in Bollywood is none other than Sonam Kapoor. The diva ticks all the boxes as one of the most influential style icons of our times. The actress has over the years become the style diva of the entertainment industry. But her acting skills are questioned by many, and so, Sonam retorted by saying that movie stars who are not good-looking are often considered ‘good actors’. Well, this is the reason the actress chooses to look presentable always and slays it in the fashion scene, maybe or maybe not to conceal the shortcomings of her acting on screen.

But, guess what, not all actors have to be ‘not good-looking’, as claimed by Sonam. There are artistes in B-town who are far more evolved that Sonam when it comes to style sense. One of them is none other than the Margarita with a Straw actress Sayani Gupta. The actress, who awed us all by portraying the blind Pakistani-Bangladeshi woman in the movie who is Kalki Koechlin’s love partner, is a dark horse (or mare, shall we say). Sayani (pronounced Shyoni) is one gem of an artiste not many people know about.

It is really difficult to believe that Sayani, who has passion for dance, drama and theatre used to lead a nine-to-five life in the infrastructure industry. But soon, she ventured into the entertainment industry to thoroughly enjoy the experience of art in every form. Sayani has a zealous sense of style. The actress did not find much scope to experiment with her looks in the movies she starred in, but her Instagram account is proof enough of her fashion sense. Slaying it in nude!

The young actress with sleek, short hair has a radical sense of fashion. In a very versatile way, Sayani can slip into costumes that might not look aesthetically good on others, yet manage to look striking on her. Sayani slays it in this nude high-slit dress. Keeping the accessories just right with a choker and a body chain, the actress carries a unique antique telephone dialer clutch. Her slightly tousled hair and burgundy lipstick completes this bold look, not to forget the golden footwear that accentuates the nude dress.

Nobody else on earth can manage to look chic wearing a tie with pineapples imprinted on it! But Sayani did, and she teamed it up with an all the more eccentric suit. We know that power pantsuits are making a comeback, but this look is definitely hard to pull of! Yet Sayani manages to look unperturbed and pose like a BOSS. The ivory pant suit has a fitted jacket with flower prints. Sayani teamed it with a flared bottom to balance the structured outfit.

Sayani is bubbling with zest wearing this monotone jumpsuit and displaying her playful side. The side cutout strappy jumpsuit is one of the most simple yet fun looks of the actress.
