This blast comes less than a week after a suicide bomb blast in Kabul killed 80 people and wounded more than 200 others. The suicide attack, which took place on Saturday, was later claimed by Daesh, the group that calls itself the Islamic State. The target of the attack were Hazaras, an ethnic group in Afghanistan which organised a demonstration demanding regional power lines to be rerouted through impoverished areas.
