Mumbai, Jul 29 () Media major Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) today said it has launched a dedicated Bollywood movie channel in Germany 'Zee.One'. "With our entry into Germany, we are now present in one of the most important and competitive TV markets worldwide.

Mumbai, Jul 29 () Media major Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) today said it has launched a dedicated Bollywood movie channel in Germany 'Zee.One'.
"With our entry into Germany, we are now present in one of the most important and competitive TV markets worldwide. This is what makes the launch of Zee.One special for us," ZEEL Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Punit Goenka said in a statement.

ZEEL had announced in January this year that it would be launching a free-to-air TV channel in Germany featuring Bollywood films and popular Indian TV series.

Manipal Hospitals has launched IBM Watson for Oncology, a cognitive computing platform, at six of its hospitals for providing information and insights to physicians to choose personalised, evidence-based cancer care options across India. The oncologists at Manipal hospitals can access IBM Watson for Oncology for patients with breast, colorectal and lung cancer that are registered with a Manipal facility pan-India, the hospital chain said in a statement.

Even the patients who have received a cancer diagnosis but are not being treated at Manipal hospitals can consult a oncologist from the hospital chain with access to Watson for an second opinion by using expert opinion service, it added.
****** Hester Biosciences posts 29 pc jump in Q1 profit * Hester Biosciences today registered 29 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 5.99 crore for the quarter ended June 2016 as compared to Rs 4.66 crore in the same period last year.
The company reported net sales of Rs 30.13 crore in Q1FY17 as compared to Rs 24.53 crore for the previous corresponding period, thereby registering a growth of 23 per cent. The domestic sales grew by 21 per cent while exports grew by 14 per cent, a company statement said here.
The sales in the poultry divisions grew by 19 per cent while the large animal divisions have shown a growth of 41 per cent.
The earnings per share for the Q1 stood at Rs 7.05 as against Rs 5.48 for a year-ago period. DS DK AKT AP SRK ADI MR
