Puducherry DGP visits Karaikal

Sunil Kumar Gautam, Director General of Police, Puducherry, on Thursday, visited Karaikal and held discussion with the police officials here. He said that all efforts were being made to make Puducherry a crime-free zone. Police personnel were also being sensitised to keep police stations clean and tidy. The National Flag would be hoisted at all police stations hereafter daily. Steps would also be taken to appoint fingerprint experts in Karaikal. He planted saplings at the Police Headquarters campus at Oduthurai.

Chandran, Senior Superintendent of Police, Manjam Prasad Rao and Vamsidra Reddy, both Superintendents of Police were present at a meeting held earlier.
