Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 28 2016 5:31PM Court asks police to lodge FIR against Mayawati and other BSP leadersHajipur, Jul 28 (UNI) A local court today asked police to book Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Chief Mayawati and three other party leaders under relevant section of IPC in connection with BSP leaders' alleged derogatory remarks against former Uttar Pradesh Vice-president Dayashankar Singh`s family members.Chief Judicial Magistrate of Hajipur Jai Ram Prasad after hearing a petition filed by a local BJP leader Ajit Singh directed Town police station to lodge an FIR against BSP chief Mayawati, party general secretary Lakhimuddin Sidiqqui, UP party chief Ramcharan Rajbhar and state party secretary Mewa Lal under section 156 A (3) of Indian Penal Code (IPC). The court also directed police to inquire into the issue of alleged derogatory remarks made against Mr Singh`s family members.
