Three sisters had a providential escape when a speeding school van hit their bicycle as they were heading towards their school in Gudamaba on Wednesday.The girls sustained injuries and were admitted to a hospital.

Lucknow: Three sisters had a providential escape when a speeding school van hit their bicycle as they were heading towards their school in Gudamaba on Wednesday. The girls sustained injuries and were admitted to a hospital. The commuters gave a chase to the van driver and handed him over to the police.
According to reports, Rajesh Pal of sector F in Jankipuram serves at a private school.
His elder daughter Maya Pal (17) studies in class XII at Rajkiya Inter College in Vikasnagar while his two younger daughters Anshika (6) and Vanshika (7) study at a private school at Sahara Estate in Jankipuram.
Maya goes to school on a bicycle while her younger sisters ride pillion. Maya drops her sisters at their school before heading for her own.
Around 7am, as the girls on the bicycle reached near Vijaya Bank in Jankipuram, a speeding school van hit them from behind and the girls were flung away and suffered head and limb injuries.
Vanshika and Anshika fell unconscious. Commuters rushed the injured kids to the hospital.
