Man on run arrested for molestation of 7-year-old disabled girl

Two days after a seven-year-old polio-afflicted girl was molested at her home in Malwani, the police on Wednesday arrested the accused, Shakil Shaikh. The police said they were checking if Shaikh, who was on the run when caught, had a crime record. They said that the victim’s parents were away at the time of the incident and that Shaikh had also tried to molest her 12-year-old sister.
