Ganapathi suicide case: PIL on CBI probe nixed

The court dismissed a PIL seeking a CBI investigation into Ganapathi's suicide.
Dismissing the petition filed by BH Chandrashekar and two other social activists, a division bench noted the government had already entrusted the probe to CID. A judicial probe headed by a retired high court judge has also been ordered .
Additional advocate general AS Ponnanna also brought to the court's notice.that Ganapthi's son has filed a private complaint before the local court in Madikeri.
