(Bloomberg) -- Anthony Sabino, a partner at Sabino and Sabino, and Adam Pritchard, a professor at the University of Michigan Law School, discuss the insider trading case against Sean Stewart, an ex-banker at Perella Weinberg Partners and JPMorgan Chase, who is accused of providing insider tips to his father, Robert Stewart, and Richard Cunniffe, an acquaintance. Stewart's trial is the first insider trading case to be brought after a 2014 appellate court decision severely limited the scope of insider trading laws.
