VALLEY CITY, Ohio, July 16, 2016 - In recognition of his leadership excellence, Ramzi Hermiz, president and CEO of Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO), a leading supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, was honored in the Class of 2016 Smart 50 Awards and also received a specialty award for Shiloh's achievements in environmental sustainability.

The Smart 50 Awards recognize the top executives of the smartest companies in the region for their ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations. Three organizations receive specialty awards for their achievements in the areas of innovation, impact and sustainability.
