G-III Apparel Group (GIII) announced Monday morning that it has agreed to acquire Donna Karan International Inc. from LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton for $650 million.
G-III Apparel Group has been declining since the open of trade Monday and is now down 3.29 at $46.87. The stock has dropped to a 3-week low and has fallen below its 200-day moving average.
