Legoland is Full of Secrets—If You Know Where to Look

There are surprises hidden throughout the theme park.

Last time we caught up with Lego Master Builder Robbie McCarthy, he gave us a tour of the dizzyingly large Legoland Model Shop, which houses more than 3 million Lego bricks. Now, he’s taking us around Legoland California, where there’s much to see. There’s the brand new Ninjago section, and the always-epic Star Wars Miniland. There’s even Lego-made snippets of the rest of the United States, like the White House and the strip in Las Vegas. Lego Master Builders work hard to faithfully reproduce all these characters and sites out of tiny yellow Lego bricks, but that doesn’t mean they don’t take some creative liberties here and there. There are easter eggs hidden throughout the theme park, privy only to keen observers, or anyone who watches McCarthy’s tour---which you can do above.
