Northants (2 pts) won by 170 runs

Northants eased to victory against Durham in the One-Day Cup thanks to Rob Keogh's century at Wantage Road.

Keogh hit 134 off 110 balls, including 14 fours, to record a maiden one-day century as the hosts made 355-6.

Durham struggled with the bat and were soon on the back foot, losing Scott Borthwick and Phil Mustard as they slumped to 44-3 in nine overs.

Azharullah then claimed two wickets in two balls, Chris Rushworth and Paul Coughlin, as Durham reached only 185.

Durham failed to build partnerships as Northants pace bowlers Azharullah (5-43) and Richard Gleeson (2-35) kept the pressure on.

Keogh, who was eventually removed by Jamie Harrison, surpassed his previous one-day best of 66 as he helped Northants cruise to an imposing total.
