MSU student becomes first runner-up in national digital marketing championship at IIT Kanpur
Vadodara: Monika Soni, a student of 2015 batch of M S University’s M Com marketing programme stood first runner up in the national digital marketing championship that was held recently at IIT Kanpur.
Soni also stood first in the digital marketing domain. The National Network Security Championship (NNSC) had conducted workshops across the country on digital marketing, networking, big data hadoop, robotics, cloud computing among others.
They had selected around 650 winners from all zones of the country after which the grand finale was conducted at IIT Kanpur campus where all the winners were called for final competition.

"After I won the quiz competition, I had started preparing digital marketing on advance level. I used to watch videos related to digital marketing and also read blogs to keep me updated," said Soni.
"I had also done a project on digital marketing in my M Com final year which was related to digital marketing and e-commerce. All this helped me to improve my knowledge in digital marketing," she said.
"Visiting IIT Kanpur was a dream came true. MSU gave us this opportunity to learn and participate in such a big national event. I would like to thank my teachers and whole university for this," she added.
