Rainfall to lash city on July 25: Met

Kanpur: Met department of Chandra Shekhar Azad (CSA) University of Agriculture and Technology has predicted heavy rainfall to lash the city on July 25.
Earlier there was prediction of scattered rainfall and change in weather between July 23 and 25. On Friday there was little relief from scorching heat as day temperature came down to 30 degrees and the weather remained cloudy.This was four degrees less than the previous days temperature. Night temperature was also recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius, 2.6 degrees less than the previous night.
Dr Anirudh Dubey, Agro-meteorologist from CSA University said change in wind direction may cause rainfall in most parts of the city on July 25. Isolated scattered rainfall will make the weather pleasant on Saturday, he added.
