Mysuru: The city will host a walkathon as part of the Swacch Bharath Abhiyan on Sunday. HV Rajeev Sneha Balaga has hosted the event. BJP leader HV Rajeev said that former chief minister B S Yaddyurappa will flag off the walkathon at Sharada Vilas college premises.
The walkathon is to promote public participation in the efforts of the MCC to keep the city clean.A workshop on cleanliness and methods to save water will be held at Nithyananda convention hall in Vidyaraanyapuram at 11am.
