Organic supermarket Ekoplaza introduces same-day home delivery with the help of SuperBuddy, a company in Zwolle, the Netherlands. In five postal code areas in Zwolle it is now possible to order your shopping and have it delivered to your home within two hours.
In cooperation with SuperBuddy, the organic supermarket offers the possibility of ordering your shopping online, and having it delivered to your home on the same day, if necessary within two hours. The shopping is delivered within a period of 30 minutes. The branch in Zwolle is connected to the SuperBuddy system, a social shopping platform that helps people with a distance to the labour market to work again.
Ordering your shopping is done on the SuperBuddy website. The shopping is then delivered by buddies from your own neighbourhood, who can earn a little extra this way, and who can feel socially involved. The buddies have been trained especially to choose the freshest products. They carefully look at the best-before-dates and which fruits they pick.
