Upasna Singh: I never had off screen bonding with Krushna and Bharti

Those who have been missing Upasna Singh aka Pinky Bua from Kapil Sharma's gang have a reason to rejoice. As reported earlier, the talented actress is back with the team and has already started working on The Kapil Sharma Show. Speaking exclusively to TimesofIndia.com, the actress shared her excitement of coming back to the team and that she was never friends with her co-actors Bharti and Krushna on the sets of Comedy Nights Live.

"When I first stepped on the sets of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' and met everyone I didn't feel that I was away from them for such a long gap. It felt as if I was always there with them. We shot for my first episode with Kapil's team which will air this Sunday and we had a blast," said Upasna.
When asked, how was it meeting everyone and what was their first reaction?, Upansa said, "Everyone is so loving and caring on the sets. People were dancing with joy when they saw me. Kapil, Sunil, Preeti everybody greeted me warmly. Siddhuji welcomed me and said finally our family is complete. It felt like ghar ka koi insaan wapas aagaya ho... They gave me so much love."
Talking about her character, Upasna revealed, "Finally, this time, I will be shown married (Laughs) and I will be playing their neighbour. I want to be an actress. I keep cribbing to Naseemji, who plays my husband on the show that why doesn't he produce a film for me as a lead heroine. Naseemji's character is also funny. He's such a bad producer on the show, that nobody wants to work with him."
Upasna, who is best remembered for her comic role in Judaai, is currently in a happy space as finally things have sorted. The issue between Optimystix and Upasna has also been resolved, "I have no complaints with them now as they have cleared my payment. After I gave interviews about the non-payment, the amount of noise was created in just two days helped me getting my payment. The media helped me during that time," stated Upasna.
Did you speak to Krushna or Bharti after quitting the show, "We never had an off-screen bonding. I shared a very professional relationship with them and vice-versa," concluded the actress.
