The song has been composed and sung by singer-songwriter Ankit Tiwari while the lyrics are by Manoj Muntashir. The slow-paced video throws light on the relationship between Rustom Pavri and his wife played by Ileana D'Cruz.

The video focuses on their marriage and intimate moments of their life including times when naval officer Rustom Pavri is away in the seas for duty and he cannot help but miss his beautiful wife.

Rustom, directed by Dharmendra Suresh Desai and produced by Neeraj Pandey, is based on the true sensational case of KM Nanavati vs. the state of Maharashtra in 1959.

Naval commander KM Nanavati was accused of the murder of his wife's lover Prem Ahuja. When a biased jury initially declared Nanavati as not guilty under section 302, the Bombay High Court dismissed the verdict and retried the case as a bench trial. Nanavati was eventually convicted of murder and this case was the last instance of a jury trial in India.

Rustom co-stars Arjan Bajwa, Esha Gupta, Parmeet Sethi, Pavan Malhotra, Kumud Mishra and Sachin Khedekar. The film will release in theatres worldwide on August 12, this year.
