EFI Global is pleased to announce the re-location of Mr. Flaubert Santullo from our EFI Global Dartmouth office to EFI Global’s Ottawa office. Mr. Santullo has been with EFI Global for over six years as a Project Manager. Mr. Santullo has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science (Major in Chemistry) and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Assessment. He has 16 years of national and international experience in environmental matters and speaks three languages (English, Spanish, and French).
He has worked both on the operations management and regulatory compliance sides for a diversity of projects in areas of mining, hydroelectric generation, transportation and irrigation infrastructure, and manufacturing / industrial facilities. He has participated in different roles in projects such as environmental compliance audits and environmental performance reviews, Environmental & Health risk assessments, Phase I, II, and III Site Assessments, environmental impact assessments, Health & Safety (H&S) due diligences, site decommissioning plans, air quality studies and emission inventories, among others.
Driven, highly motivated and adaptable to changing situations, Mr. Santullo has a proven record of effective project management and problem solving capabilities working in oil and chemical spill cleanups and site remediations. He has extensive experience dealing with regulators at the local, regional, and national levels in different countries, both on the enforcement and compliance sides. As an environmental scientist and project manager, Mr. Santullo has conducted extensive field work in natural and industrial settings, and is accustomed to working under pressure as an emergency responder for spill events.
