HP HC issues contempt notice to SDE Northern Rly

Shimla. Jul 19 ( UNI) Himachal Pradesh High Court today issued contempt notice to the Senior Divisional Engineer, Northern Railways, Ambala to show cause notice to as why contempt proceedings be not drawn against him for non compliance of the order of the court.
The court also directed the Executive Officer and General Manager of H.P. Bus Stand Management and Dev. Authority, Secretary Transport, Chief Executive Officer, Himachal Pradesh Infrastructure Development Board, Managing Director, HPTDC, Principal Secretary (PWD), M.C, commissioner Shimla, Divisional Forest Officer (Urban), Shimla, Conservator of Forest, Shimla, Superintending Engineer, HP State Electricity Board and Senior Divisional Engineer, Northern Railways, Ambala to be present before the court on next date of hearing.
The court further directed the respondents to file status report in the matter within three weeks from today.
