New Suicide Squad Video Shows Why Amanda Waller Is The Boss

The worst criminals in the DC universe take center stage in a few weeks, when Suicide Squad arrives in theatres. The movie sees a group of supervillains given early release to perform some dangerous work for the US government. The latest clip for the movie focuses on Viola Davis' character of Amanda Waller, the agent responsible for putting the team together. Check it out below, via IMDB:

This is the latest in a wealth of publicity that has been released over the past month, including eye-catching posters, trailers, TV spots, and bizarre, sports-related promos.

The movie will also have a heavy presence at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend. Warner have announced a wide range of themed events and promotional activity, in addition to appearances from the film's ensemble cast.

Suicide Squad stars Jared Leto as Joker, alongside Will Smith as Deadshot, and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, and Jay Hernandez co-star, with Ben Affleck making a cameo appearance as Batman.

It hits theaters on August 5, 2016.
