Janet Lim-Napoles and several others pleaded not guilty to the graft and malversation charges filed against them in connection with the alleged misuse of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel of Muntinlupa Rep. Rozzano Rufino “Ruffy” Biazon.
Napoles and former Technology Resource Center employees Consuelo Lilian Espiritu, Francisco Figura, Marivic Jover, and Maurine Dimaranan were arraigned Monday at the Sandiganbayan’s Seventh Division.
