Barua added in the statement: “Having worked with Percy at AZB closely, it was a natural choice to continue the working relationship we have, and Cyril Amarchand is the ideal platform for me as it has been for my mentor. I look forward to my new stint and would like the add value to the firm, which is looking to expand its disputes and litigation practice aggressively.”
Barua specialises in dispute resolution, anti-trust and corporate advisory, acts in the Supreme Court and also represents clients before arbitral tribunals constituted by SIAC at Singapore, courts and tribunals such as the Competition Appellate Tribunal (Compat) and the Company Law Board (CLB), including in proceedings before various investigative agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate and Serious Fraud Investigation Office, according to the press release.

i.e. are the people moving now over and above those that moved with Percy before? Otherwise, this is a very minor news piece (not to mention, reported already).
its another thing that CAM is on its way to increase its numbers of 'peers' soon!
He is well known for his equity, fairness and ethics since old days at P&A. He is one guy, who is loved by all, irrespective of their preferences and prejudice. Joining of VP at AZB is nothing but a face saving act to lessen embarrassment.
We all know that the nucleus and the Jewel of Nile is Percy Billimoria, who not only has an insight to recognise opportunities and challenges and the ability to realign employees and company resources to deal with change and challenges, but also to nurture a gem like Sidhartha Barua.
Good Times Ahead for CAM!!!
