Bollywood actor Shraddha Das, who will be seen next in ‘Great Grand Masti’ playing a naive wife, Nisha, opposite Vivek Oberoi, has explored more than just acting.

The talented diva, who enjoys the experience of working in five different industries when it comes to cinema, has learned martial arts like kickboxing, taekwondo, sword fighting and karate from Shyam Kaushal.

Last seen playing a cameo in ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ this year, the 27-year-old said, “I have been working out continuously and religiously for many years now. I have trained under Shyam Kaushal ji for martial arts and I strongly believe that there is no gain without pain! I think one must indulge in at least an hour of any form of physical activity everyday; it’s a stress buster.”

Shraddha made her B-Town debut with ‘Lahore’ (2009) and gained popularity as ‘Gungun’ post her role in ‘Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji’ where she played a radio jockey. The actor also worked in ‘Zid’ whose song ‘Saanson Ko’ is still quite popular among listeners. Directed by Indra Kumar, ‘Great Grand Masti’ also features the ‘Sanam Re’ fame actor Urvashi Rautela as a sensational virgin ghost, who will try her best to chase Amar, Meet and Prem aka Riteish, Vivek and Aftab respectively.
