Businesses around the Valley are welcoming "Pokemon Go" trainers with discounts and events.

Some local landmarks and companies appear in the mobile app as Pokestops, where trainers can get free items that help them progress in the game. While hungry and tired players are traveling nearby, businesses are offering to help them relax and recharge.

Here are some of the promotions and special events.
