Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 15 2016 10:04PM Fake notes seized, one held in KishanaganjKishanganj, Jul 15 (UNI) Sleuths of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) today seized fake notes of Rs 99,000 and arrested a man in this connection near Haruadanga Chowck under Dighal Bank Block along the Indo-Nepal border in Kishanganj district. Deputy Commandant of SSB Kumar Sundaram said here that acting on a tip-off, a man was nabbed near Haruadanga Chowck, leading to recovery of fake notes of Rs 99,000 from him. The person identified as Mohammad Iliyas, was arrested soon after recovery of the fake notes from him. "The arrested smuggler was being interrogated in this connection," Mr Sundaram said adding that he had brought consignment of fake notes from Malda in West Bengal.
