NICE, France (AP) — The government of France is declaring three days of national mourning, starting on Saturday, after last night’s attack in Nice that left at least 84 people dead. A large truck plowed through revelers gathered for Bastille Day fireworks. The driver was killed by police. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
