Cash and valuables worth Rs 1.52 lakh stolen

Ahmedabad: Cash and valuables worth Rs 1.52 lakh were reported stolen from a residence in Naranpura.
According to a complaint filed by Nikunj Bhuptani, a resident of Navrangpura, an unknown person entered the residence of Bhuptani's father-in-law located at Ranjan Society II at Naranpura between 6 pm on July 2 and 12.30 pm on July 13 after breaking lock on the main door and stole gold and silver ornaments along with cash from a safe.Bhuptani has filed a complaint for house break-in with Naranpura police.
Police have started investigation on the basis of information gathered so far.
