FTI SIGNS LOI FOR BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

FTI Foodtech International Inc. has signed a letter of intent with Safe Cash Payment Technologies Inc. of San Francisco, Calif., to develop an exclusive blockchain application for the food industry. FTI will hold the exclusive worldwide licence for the application. Safe Cash is an innovator in the blockchain technology field. Any cash, share or options to be paid as compensation for the licensing rights are to be determined.
