Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 14 2016 11:23PM Three stranded youths rescued after 12 hrsNashik, Jul 14 (UNI) Three youths who were trapped by flood waters of Kadwa river at Kundewadi village in Niphad tehsil of the district, were rescued by the National Disaster Management Cell officials after 12 hours.The incident occurred on Tuesday evening at around 1600 hours, when three youths, went for fishing at the river. At that time, the irrigation department released 25,000 cusecs of water from Palkhed dam due to heavy rain which caused flooding into the river, police said.Since one of them could not swim, the other two decided not to leave him alone.
