Mundo Deportivo is playing on Lucas Digne signing and him being a French Barcelona player. Adds more info on the transfer: signed from PSG for five years at 16.5 million Euros and four million in add ons. He has a release clause of 60 million. As was expected, PSG left-back Lucas Digne has moved to Barcelona in a deal worth 16 million Euros with four million in variables. He will be officially presented on Thursday.

# Edin Dzeko will stay at AS Roma if he “keeps up his attitude”

Striker Edin Dzeko did not have a great first season at AS Roma with just eight goals in the season. His chances for staying in Italy look promising after Luciano Spalletti asked him to keep a good attitude to things. “I can only evaluate his desire to stay at Roma,” Spalletti said in a Press conference. “Last year I tried to help him a lot, now I’m watching what he’s doing. He needs to have the desire to be part of Roma. If he keeps up this attitude he’ll be Roma’s centre-forward.”

# N’Golo Kante to Chelsea from Leicester City is a done deal. Or so says Le Parisien. The player is slated to move after a fee of 35 million Euros was agreed between the club – significantly higher than the midfielder’s release clause of 26 million Euros.

# Atletico Madrid striker and France’s Euro 2016 golden boot winner Antoine Griezmann is staying put at the Spanish club, his agent told RMC. He revealed there were discussions with PSG but the player is staying in Madrid. “There were discussions with Olivier Létang. There was in interest from PSG. We listened because it is a club with aims and means. After those discussions and also after listening to other propositions, we opted for continuity. Why not one day? Yes, he will stay. There have been approaches, like for all self-respecting footballers. Now, this is certain. 100%, he will be at Atletico Madrid next season.”

Mundo Deportivo highlights both of Barcelona’s signings. Digne gets the “OK” to sign for five seasons and only needs confirmation from PSG. Umtiti has been signed for 25 million Euros with the contract running for six seasons. Clause to force a transfer is worth a staggering 60 million Euros.

On Marca’s cover is Kiko Casilla who has a chance to play in the UEFA Super Cup with Keylor Navas injured. Also adds that Alvaro Morata has been asked by Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane to play in the Super Cup even with talks of move to Chelsea.

# Barcelona are close to bringing in Lucas Digne from PSG after signing French defender Samuel Umtiti.

# Mario Balotelli has been told fairly and squarely that his time at Anfield is over. The Italy striker was on loan to AC Milan but after just one goal to show for it, Liverpool are not interested. Jurgen Klopp has insisted the club will help him find offers. “There will be a club around who would be happy to have a new Mario Balotelli, if you like. I have spoken clearly to the player about that. It’s now time to make decisions and I try to help Mario to get in the best shape he can be in and we will see what happens,” said Klopp.

# Antonio Conte takes his first training session with Chelsea today and he’s already got a few players in mind. He’s had his eyes firmly set on Leicester City’s N’Golo Kante. Other players on the Italian’s radar are Roma’s Radja Nainggolan, Sporting Lisbon’s Joao Mario and Valencia’s Andre Gomes. Should Conte succeed in bringing any of them to Stamford Bridge, Cesc Fabregas’ place will be in question. And that’s where Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is set to swoop in, suggests Daily Mirror.

Also reported by Daily Mirror is that Sam Allardyce may in fact be made England manager after Roy Hodgson quit post the Euro 2016 shocker to Iceland.
