Alia Bhatt shoots for a party song for Dear Zindagi, but Shah Rukh Khan won't be in it!

While people generally tend to turn a blind eye towards a pairing of a younger heroine with an older hero (Case in point... Anushka Sharma and Salman Khan in Sultan, or Radhika Apte and Rajinikanth in the upcoming Kabali), here we can relax a bit, since Ali won't be seen Shah Rukh Khan, who plays a life coach in the film. Instead she will be wooed by four younger heroes in Aditya Roy Kapur, Kunaal Kapoor, Ali Zafar and Angad Bedi. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, the makers have recently shot for a song with Alia and her four heroes. Titled Love You Zindagi, the song will have the four men shake a leg with Alia individually at different junctures in their unique style. However, SRK will not be joining them. The report also revealed the character of Alia's heroes in the film. ALi Zafar will play a brooding rock star, Aditya Roy Kapur is a furniture dealer. Angad Bedi is a restaurant owner and Alia's childhood buddy, while Kunal Kapoor will play a film producer!

Alia Bhatt is a film-maker in the movie, whose romantic entanglements with these four men give her inspiration for her upcoming film. Shah Rukh Khan has an extended cameo only.

The film's release date is still not finalised.
