A three-judge comprising Justices Anirudha Bose, Joymalya Bagchii and Ranjit Bag was constituted by Chief Justice Manjula Chellur after co-judge C S Karnan granted bail to ten IVRCL officials even though he agreed with Justice Ashim Roy rejecting bail to the officials earlier.The IVRCL officials were arrested after collapse of Vivekananda Road flyover that killed at least 26 people in April this year.Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #Kolkata HC rejects bail to IVRCL officials
