Bruce Arians is one of the best coaches in the NFL. He’s managed to pull off the rare feat of being both a players’ coach and a disciplinarian.

He’s tough on his players when they need it (or when they park in the wrong spot) and knows exactly what to say when the team is at its lowest moment, as the Cardinals were after a crushing defeat in the NFC title game.

Here’s the speech Arians delivered to his team the day after Arizona’s brutal season-ending loss in Carolina, from Amazon’s documentary series All or Nothing:

This isn’t some sugar-coated speech Arians gives to cheer up the team after a tough loss. He comes right out and says some of the players in the room wouldn’t be back with the team the following season. But it’s that kind of transparency that endears Arians to his players.
