Qatar on Monday inaugurated two out of its five projects in Errachidia, Morocco, under the directives of the Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, to support the socio-cultural, sports and industrial sectors in Morocco.
The projects were completed under the supervision of the Private Engineering Office.
The projects were inaugurated by the Governor of Errachidia Draa Tafilalet Province Mohammed Fenaid, Qatar's Ambassador to Morocco HE Abdullah Falah al Dossari, and Director General of the International Foundation for Wildlife Research Hamad Misfer al Hajri, in the presence of Province officials.
The first project includes a socio-cultural center and a sports center in Errachidia. Built on 3,650 sq m area, the centre is designed to accommodate young people and develop their abilities so they can contribute in various fields. The second project, which includes a centre for traditional industries in an area of 3,091 sq m, comprises three floors with a basement car parking.
