Another complaintant in Yapryntsaus case – Yuri Saviak – has been interrogated in court today.

Yuri Saviak filed a claim to the KGB against Uladzimir Yapryntsau, Kazbek Yapryntsau and Aliaksandr Arabian back in 2015.

“I approached Chyzh. I said we needed to move somewhere, I had guarantees of the “Triple”. At first, he started accusing me of plotting conspiracy with Yapryntsau, like, they had already returned me everything in cash. And then he advised I should file a claim to the KGB,” – the complaintant has told, naviny.by reports.

We remind, the trial against father and son Yapryntsaus is taking place in the Central district court of Minsk. The third complaintant listed in the case – Russian businessman Yuri Saviak – has been interrogated today. According to the case materials, the total damage caused to the complaintant by the actions of the accused makes $27 million.

Last week, the court heard the testimonies of two other complaintants – director of the company “Gastrans” (Estonia) Andrei Rabtsevich and employee of the “Vitalur” company Andrei Mikhnevich, known before as a celebrity track-and-field athlete. Head of the “Triple” group of companies Youry Chyzh advised him to file a claim to the KGB against Yapryntsau as well.
